Since she was a child, Dr. Dani Rabwin has always loved animals and pursued a career in veterinary medicine. As her career developed Dr. Dani began to see her passion for people, connecting through pets, and teaching and helping others. In the midst of the online era of 2020 Ready, Vet, Go was born.

Ready, Vet, Go is a 6-month formal mentorship program for new veterinarians. The design of this program is best suited in conjunction with clinics to support new grads. Dr. Dani works with vets with an average of 0 to 2 years of experience as they acclimate to new positions. A staggering 30% of new grads leave their jobs in the first year. Ready, Vet, Go’s goal is to work with clinics and new vets to train and retain them, decreasing turnover.

Open enrollment for Ready, Vet, Go begins in January and July, while Clinic Small Groups can enroll their teams at any time. The program is equipped with online modules, real life video examples, and curated Zoom meetings with the cohort. This RACE-approved course will not only provide new veterinarians with necessary credits but it will also teach new and important skills and provide a supportive community that lasts long beyond the program.

Dr. Dani is offering a FREE mini-course with access to a portion of online modules and videos, and information about enrollment. If you’re interested in learning more you can check out Ready, Vet, Go online and on Instagram, as well as email Dr. Dani!
